Thank you to the person that realized small crochet hooks with no handle are a nightmare.

I’m trying KnitPicks new Caspian circular needles. Wooden needles always feel slower but I love that they’re pretty and quiet.

Breaking in circular needles with hot water is genius. I can’t believe I didn’t try it sooner!

Knitting for the knit swap and drinking camomile tea with milk and honey.

Goals for 2013

itswhitbit:

  • Knit year round (finish another Andre scarf)
  • Take as many photos as I can manage
  • Buy the Nikon D7000
  • Graduate in December with a job lined up in photography/art
  • Visit NYC again
  • Make more art, outside of school assignments
  • Get my work shown somewhere
  • Make more photobooks
  • Get a photography website up and running
  • Move somewhere that makes me happy
  • Start yarnbombing again

Any other ideas?

Well, I had forgotten about this list by January but I think I did pretty well anyway!

How do I deal with the anxiety of moving to NYC in two weeks? Knitting socks. Knit fast, die warm.

Having a row counter app is the best use of my iphone I’ve made so far.

$23 vintage dresser, a ton of silver spray paint,  and some adorable drawer pulls. yay!

I finished making this jewelry hanger today. Inspired by this one.
